Recipe (for 135g Pancake Mix) 4 eggs 3/4 cup unsweetend almond milk 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 2 tbsp Heavy cream/Nestlé Cream (optional)
Cooking Instructions: 1. Add eggs, Almond milk, Coconut oil, vanilla extract in a bow then mix. 2. Add all the Pancake Mix into the same bowl. 3. Mix well 4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each Pancake onto lightly greased pan and cook in low heat. 5. Turn when Pancake bubbles and bottoms are golden.
Note: Recipe makes 12 medium size Pancakes. You may adjust the recipe ingredients above into half only and half of our KETO PANCAKE MIX if you want to cook only 6 pancakes.
